Weaselspit is an illustrator and fine art student interested in exploring the use of public space as a platform for her work, as well as self-publishing through the use of zines and blogs.
By creating guerilla installations on the streets, Weaselspit enjoys engaging the public in a different way to that of a gallery setting, yet creating a dialogue within her work between the two platforms by using photography as a means of documentation and display.
Much of Weaselspit’s work possesses recurring themes of erotica and death as an appreciation of life. She is not shy about some her sometimes shocking images and language. In the future, she hopes to lend her skills to community art-focused projects, and to explore the possibility of printing her illustrations onto clothes and stickers in order to sell online.
