With the private viewing tomorrow evening, I’ve been finishing off my prints and doing the rounds on social media trying to drum up more interest. Even though I’ve seen the collection I’m excited to meet the other artists, and just generally to meet the people who are curious enough to drop by.  The selection of artists and works included are varied yet definitely feel unified in capturing the essence of Dystopia.

Something that this exhibition has presented me with already, was the challenge of signing prints. There are so many different ways to personalise a piece that I really had to sit and think, and in the end I carved my own name seal influenced by the Japanese ‘Gagō-in’ or ‘Hanko’.
